Administrative Assistant Day provides an opportunity to grow in paid or volunteer positions in churches or other organizations.
Time: 10am - 3pm (Registration begins at 9:30am)
Session 1: Keeping the Communication Lines Open
Participants will be led through an exercise that illustrates the importance of providing good feedback and clear communication particularly in situations where there is tension and potential for conflict.
Session 1 Facilitator: Dr. Patrick Friesen, SBC Professor of Worship and Chaplain.
Session 2: Helping to solve conflict by seeing things from a different perspective
Session 2 Facilitator: Dr. Terry Hiebert, SBC Professor of Theology and Humanities and Academic Dean.
Cost: $50 / person (includes lunch)
