These sessions offer people of all ages the pleasure of letting their body express itself through movement while listening to both traditional and modern music. Everything is done in a safe and respectful environment. A “Manitoba social” without alcohol! Music (songs, lyrics, rhythm, melody) and movement (body expression, dance) provide many benefits for our physical and mental health such as flexibility, breath work, relaxation, pleasure, strength training , social relationships and much more.
