Strength Circuit Classes are dynamic sessions focused on building strength, endurance, and balance. Led by
a certified instructor, these non-competitive classes use resistance bands, light weights, and exercise balls,
catering to all fitness levels. Each session includes a warm-up, circuit training, and a cool-down with
emphasis on safe, effective movements
