The Woodridge Community Club, together with the Woodridge Firefighters Association, is hosting its 4th annual CAR SHOW ON THE RIDGE, Saturday, May 24, 2025 (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) at the Woodridge Community Centre & M.A. Querel Community Park, Woodridge, Manitoba. Die hard auto enthusiasts from across Manitoba will be showcasing rare, unique and vintage automobiles. This event is also a fundraiser in support of a couple of community initiatives. One of those initiatives is raising funds to bolster the firefighting arsenal for the Woodridge Fire Department.
In addition to the car show with trophies being awarded in seven categories (Best Car, Best Truck, Best Bike, Best Rat Rod, Best Import, Best Other and People’s Choice), Car Show on the Ridge has other planned activities including a tailgate swap meet, BBQ Lunch, Beer Garden, music by F&R Music and the live band CRUSH, Silent Auction and 50/50 draw. New at this years’ event is a demonstration of the ‘jaws of life’ by the Woodridge Fire Department and Chase the Ace, Woodridge style. This auto extravaganza promises to be a fun-filled day out for all ages and a worthwhile fundraising endeavor . . . so make the trek to Woodridge on Saturday, May 24th (rain date: Sunday, May 25th).
