Basic First Aid. Exceeds competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED.

We currently have an outdoor shoe policy in effect. Please be prepared to store your outdoor shoes in the entrance when coming in, or please use the shoe covers found in the entrance. Alternatively, you may bring indoor shoes or slippers to class. No bare feet please!
