WAMMA Niverville is now offering youth grappling over the summer! Whether you want to learn a new skill, improve your fitness and confidence or become a serious competitor this is the place to be! Classes will feature a combination of Olympic style wrestling and Brazilian jiu jitsu for youth ages 5 and up, adults included, with no experience necessary. A typical class will include a high energy warm-up, learning and practicing new wrestling and jiu-jitsu techniques, fun skill building games and the chance to use your skills in “live” drills and practice matches. Minimal equipment is required- come in shorts and a t-shirt without straps, clips, or zippers.
