THIS WEEKEND, we invite you to visit us in our new warehouse for our first book fair of 2023!
Friday January 27 4-8pm
Saturday January 28 10-5pm
Sunday January 29 1-5pm
Unit 9-110 Industrial Road. We are located behind the Love Local Manitoba store (that faces Industrial Road). Signs will be posted, please park in the designated book fair parking areas.
We accept cash, credit, and debit.
All of our books are gently used. Adult fiction & non-fiction, as well as youth/teen books, are $3, and our children’s books are $1. Puzzles and games are $5, unless marked otherwise
Our book fairs will now be able to be held in our new warehouse space and we are so excited for you to join us here! While the square footage is notably smaller than book fairs of the past, our new vertical bookshelves give us the ability to still showcase 4000+ gently used books for you to shop, and we will continue to fill our shelves all weekend to keep them full:) We extend an early thank you to you all for your patience as we host our first book fair in this new home. Please “don’t mind the mess” We are still in the midst of making it our own and sorting through all of the book donations that have moved around with us over the past year.
We are incredibly grateful for our friends at Unger Meats for their generous sponsorship of our in-person book fair. This partnership has given us the ability to grow and begin to create a new and exciting book fair future; we are just beginning and the future is bright!
We also extend oodles of thanks to everyone who has donated books to ROC Eastman, as well as our INCREDIBLE book sorting & book fair volunteers. Without your generous donations of books & time, there would be no book fair!
All proceeds from this fundraiser go directly to ROC Eastman Inc. We are a registered Canadian charity that reduces barriers to recreation participation for children living in the Eastman region of Manitoba.
