Annual Dawson Trail Park clean up on Saturday, May 8 at 1 pm.
We will be picking up garbage, putting new bags in garbage/recycling, raking wood chips around playground, sweeping the concrete around the picnic shelter, fit pit and rink area and checking the bolts on play structure. We are also setting up the portable skateboard and the basketball nets along with a couple of hockey nets for ball hockey.
If anyone is able to come help out for an hour or two it will go that much quicker. If you have kids or grand kids who can lend a hand it is a great way to have them take pride in our park. Garbage bags and bottles of water will be provided. Bring proper footwear, gloves, and a rake if you have.
Please help by respecting the Provincial Health Orders for Covid-19 when coming out to volunteer. Even with the rules in place, this is a great opportunity to see your neighbours and friends!
