Anxiety and Its Antidotes is a weekend intensive course with Heidi Driedger being offered October 1-3, 2020 through Steinbach Bible College.

Description: This course will look at various aspects of anxiety such as its effects on physical, mental, and emotional health and how it impacts relationships, performance, and life management. It will also look at the antidote to anxiety and how to break it down into manageable steps for yourself and/or for those under your care from a Biblical perspective.
