Learn the internal secrets of Tai Chi for health, rejuvenation, and relaxation. Warm up with the 8 Pieces of Brocade Qigong and move into Tai Chi Power Flow movements that bring you into conscious connection with your physical present moment. The circular and spiral engagement of the exercises are designed to strengthen the core, muscles, fascia, and joints while gently massaging the organs as the nervous system relaxes and heals. No experience necessary.
